These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.dankfila.com (the “Site”) and any
purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by Dankfila (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility (21+ Only)
You must be 21 years of age or older to access, purchase from, or use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21.
2. Products and Legal Compliance
Dankfila sells hemp-derived products intended for purchase and use only where permitted by law.
You agree that:
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws where you reside
• You will not order products if they are restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders in any state or area if we believe shipment may violate applicable law

All information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Always consult a physician before using any hemp-derived product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications.
4. Orders and Payments
A) Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Dankfila. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to:
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Product availability
• Shipping restrictions
• Errors in pricing or product information
B) Payments
We accept credit/debit card payments. We do not offer recurring billing or subscriptions at this time.
5. Shipping Policy
A) Shipping Area
We ship within the United States only, subject to legal restrictions.
B) Processing Time
Order processing and shipping may take up to 14 days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
C) Risk of Loss
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (No Returns) All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If you believe your order arrived incorrect or damaged, contact us at sales@dankfila.com within a reasonable timeframe and include order details and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and determine, at our discretion, whether a replacement or resolution is appropriate.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact us first at sales@dankfila.com before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and additional action as permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, product names, images, text, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Dankfila or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Site content without our written permission.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or systems • Interfere with Site operations or security
• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Use the Site to violate any applicable laws or regulations

In no event shall Dankfila’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dankfila from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Arbitration Agreement + Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase from Dankfila shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
A) No Class Actions
You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
B) Arbitration Rules and Location
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, and the arbitration shall take place in Oklahoma, unless the parties agree otherwise.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
